What we look for

Teaching experience helps, but it is not the requirement — practice is.

  • Real, current practice in your field — you do the work, not just teach it.
  • Depth in a healthcare specialty: quality, infection control, hospital management, HR, marketing, supply chain, or a related area.
  • Comfortable teaching live in English, in Arabic, or in both.
  • Willing to commit to a cohort's schedule once it starts.
